GLOBALFOUNDRIES receives CHIPS Act funding to expand GaN fab capacity

As one of the world's leading wafer foundries, GF's branches are concentrated in North America, Asia, Europe and other places. In the field of third-generation semiconductors, thanks to the Chip Act, GF has received a total of US$1.535 billion in funding from 2023 to February this year. GF will use these funds to expand its GaN wafer fab capacity in the United States.
