Dongfeng R&D Institute visits Aikodi Ma'anshan factory to discuss integrated die-casting battery tray production

Dongfeng R&D Institute recently visited the Aikodi Maanshan plant and conducted an in-depth investigation of the integrated die-casting battery tray production line. The Aikodi Maanshan plant focuses on die-casting structural parts for power and energy storage batteries, including integrated die-casting battery trays and die-casting frames. Its business covers die-casting structural parts for power batteries 48V, REV, PHEV, EV and other products, as well as energy storage batteries 48S, 52S, 104S and side-cooled battery trays for high-rate charge and discharge. The plant has been equipped with multiple sets of large and super-large die-casting islands, including 2000T, 3000T, 5000T and 6000T tonnages, and has large-scale aluminum alloy casting capabilities of 6000T and below.
