BAIC Group plans to entrust the voting rights corresponding to its 22.90% stake in BAIC BluePark to BAIC Motors. After the share trusteeship, BAIC Motors can actually control about 38.70% of the voting rights of BAIC BluePark, and the direct controlling shareholder of BAIC BluePark will be changed from BAIC Group to BAIC Motors.
