Penghui Energy announced on the evening of November 19 that it plans to invest 5 billion yuan to build a 10GWh energy storage cell and energy storage system manufacturing plant and an independent shared energy storage R&D base project in Guangde, Anhui. The construction of the project will be carried out in two phases, and the first phase is expected to be completed and put into production in September 2025.
