Sanan Optoelectronics announced on the investor interaction platform that its Hunan Sanan factory currently has a monthly silicon carbide supporting capacity of 16,000 pieces. After expanding production in the future, the factory's annual production capacity will reach 360,000 pieces. In addition, 8-inch silicon carbide substrates have begun to be shipped in small batches, and the 8-inch silicon carbide chip production line is also being installed and debugged.
