Zhihua Technology and Jusu Electronics merge to create mass production capabilities for automotive-grade sensors and controllers

After completing the acquisition of Jusu Electronics, Zhihua Technology will have more complete automotive-grade sensor and controller design, development and mass production capabilities. This move will help Zhihua Technology provide customers with higher-level product solutions, and will also promote Jusu Electronics' products to enter more passenger car OEM markets and vehicle-road-cloud integration demonstration projects.
