SK Hynix becomes Nvidia's main HBM chip supplier

In stark contrast to Samsung Electronics, domestic rival SK Hynix has been supplying HBM3 to Nvidia since June 2022 and has started supplying HBM3E to an unnamed customer in late March. The sources said the chips have been shipped to Nvidia.
