Introduction to Russia's major wafer factories

Russia currently has two major wafer fabs, Mikron and Angstrem. Mikron provides 65-250nm chip manufacturing capabilities, while Angstrem provides 90-250nm chip manufacturing and has an 8-inch wafer fab. The two companies mainly provide chip products for the military, aerospace and industrial fields.
