Alibaba invests in Dark Side of the Moon AI company

Alibaba announced that it will invest about $800 million in AI startup Dark Side of the Moon in fiscal 2024 for about 36% of the shares. Alibaba said AI is a key factor in driving business growth. Dark Side of the Moon's latest round of financing valued the company at $3 billion, attracting investors including Tencent and Gaorong Ventures.
