Jerry Environmental's lithium battery recycling project is divided into three phases.

Jerry Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jerry Shares, has officially signed a contract with Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone in Henan Province, planning to invest 1.03 billion yuan to build a lithium battery resource recycling project. Jerry Environmental's lithium battery resource recycling project will be built in three phases. The first phase will invest about 120 million yuan to build the country's first intelligent lithium battery recycling plant with an annual processing capacity of 10,000 tons. The second phase is expected to invest 340 million yuan to expand the waste lithium battery processing production line, increasing the annual processing capacity to 50,000 tons. The third phase is expected to invest 570 million yuan to further expand the waste lithium battery processing production line, with an annual processing capacity of 100,000 tons, and expand the hydrometallurgical project depending on the growth of incoming materials.
