ASML refutes claims that High NA EUV is not competitive

ASML has refuted all claims that High NA EUV is not competitive. Peter Wennink, the company's former CEO, said that from an economic point of view, High NA EUV is undoubtedly the right choice, and more than a dozen High NA equipment have received good orders.
