CATL and Budweiser China cooperate on heavy-duty truck battery replacement

CATL and Budweiser China held a launching ceremony for the battery replacement of electric heavy trucks on May 23. Based on this cooperation, the heavy truck models on the transportation trunk line from Budweiser China's Putian factory to Wenzhou will be equipped with CATL's 513-degree batteries and adopt the bottom battery replacement method pioneered by Budweiser. Each battery replacement takes only five minutes and can achieve an energy consumption of less than 1.5kWh per kilometer of highway under full load.
