Autonomous driving company Pony.ai is about to go public on Nasdaq

On November 19, the autonomous driving company Pony.ai submitted a preliminary prospectus and opened a public offering. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq on November 21 with the stock code "PONY". In this IPO, Investment Global, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BAIC Group, and ComfortDelGro, a Singapore taxi giant, intend to subscribe for US$70.35 million and US$4.5 million respectively. At the same time, investors such as JSC International, Guangzhou Nansha Chicheng Future Industry Investment Fund, and GAC Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GAC Group, also agreed to subscribe for a total of approximately US$153.4 million of Class A common stock through a strategic fixed increase.
