Zhihua Technology acquires Jusu Electronics to strengthen the research and development of intelligent network multi-dimensional perception

Zhihua Technology has completed the full acquisition of Jusu Electronics, aiming to strengthen its business in the field of intelligent networking. This acquisition will greatly enhance Zhihua Technology's multi-dimensional perception technology research and development capabilities in the fields of intelligent driving, vehicle-road-cloud integration, and low-altitude intelligent networking. Jusu Electronics was founded in 2006 and is the first national high-tech enterprise in China to produce civilian microwave radars. Its core products include 4D point cloud imaging radar-vision all-in-one machine and 4D point cloud imaging millimeter wave radar, which are used in intelligent network driving demonstration areas and intelligent driving systems respectively.
