BAIC BluePark undergoes major equity changes

Recently, BAIC BluePark announced that its controlling shareholder, BAIC Group, intends to entrust all voting rights of its shares to Beijing Automotive Co., Ltd. This change will not affect the actual controller of BAIC BluePark, which will still be the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
