5 car companies use Silan Micro's silicon carbide main drive module

Silan Microelectronics' silicon carbide main drive modules have been delivered in batches, and it has invested in the layout of 8-inch silicon carbide production lines. Currently, about 5 automobile manufacturers have adopted Silan Microelectronics' silicon carbide main drive modules, and the monthly installation volume is expected to exceed 8,000 vehicles in May and more than 20,000 vehicles in June.
