Nexperia launches industry-leading SiC MOSFET discrete devices in D²PAK-7 package

European semiconductor giant Nexperia has launched industry-leading SiC MOSFET discrete devices that will improve the performance of various industrial applications such as electric vehicle (EV) charging (charging piles), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), solar and energy storage system (ESS) inverters.
