Musk seeks $4 billion in funding for xAI

In April, Elon Musk sought $4 billion in funding for xAI at a target valuation of $15 billion. Due to a surge in investor interest, Musk has raised the funding target to $6 billion at a valuation of $18 billion. The funds are expected to significantly increase the number of GPUs at xAI from about 10,000 to 100,000.
