CoreRide platform helps automotive ECU integration

NXP Semiconductors' new S32 CoreRide platform aims to solve the problem of too many electronic control units (ECUs) in traditional cars. The introduction of this platform is expected to reduce the number of ECUs, thereby simplifying vehicle integration. Entry-level cars typically have 25 ECUs, while luxury cars may have as many as 150, but the CoreRide platform is expected to change this situation.
