The partnership between Tongfu Microelectronics and AMD

Tongfu Microelectronics acquired 85% of the equity of AMD Suzhou and AMD Penang in 2016, and established a close cooperative relationship with AMD. Tongfu AMD Suzhou is the first factory to provide packaging and testing services for AMD's full range of 7nm products, and has now become AMD's largest packaging and testing supplier, accounting for more than 80% of its total orders.
