Tongfu Microelectronics has seven production bases around the world, including Chongchuan, Nantong, Jiangsu, Nantong Sutong Science and Technology Industrial Park, Hefei, Anhui, Xiamen, Fujian, Nantong Shibei Hi-tech Zone, etc. In addition, the company has also acquired 85% of the equity of AMD Suzhou and AMD Penang, forming a balanced layout in the domestic and foreign markets. In 2023, the company has applied for a total of 1,544 patents, of which advanced packaging technology layout accounts for more than 60%.
