Lucid, an American electric car manufacturer, recently announced that in order to cope with market challenges and internal restructuring, the company will lay off 6% of its employees. According to statistics, Lucid has about 6,500 full-time employees worldwide, which means that about 400 employees will be affected. The layoffs are aimed at optimizing operating expenses and improving productivity, and the restructuring plan is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter.
