SK Hynix plans to mass-produce next-generation HBM chips in the third quarter of 2024

To meet growing market demand, SK Hynix plans to start mass production of next-generation high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips in the third quarter of 2024. The move is aimed at maintaining its leading position in the global memory chip market and competing with its main rival Samsung.
