Introduction to the main business and products of Broadchip Microelectronics

The main business of Broadchip Microelectronics is high-end specialty process semiconductor wafer foundry. The first phase plans to produce 1.2 million 6-inch silicon-based wafers per year. At present, the company has more than 350 employees and is in the stage of mass production ramp-up. Broadchip Microelectronics has mass-produced products including a full range of 45V-150V MOS field effect diodes, a full range of 200V-2000V high-voltage/ultra-high-voltage VDMOS, and high-voltage BCD products are undergoing engineering batch tape-out.
