BOE A announced an investment of 33 billion yuan to build a 12-inch integrated circuit production line

BOE A recently announced that it will cooperate with Yandong Technology and others through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin BOE Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. to jointly increase capital in Nortel Integrated Circuit to invest in the construction of a 12-inch integrated circuit production line project. The total investment in the project is 33 billion yuan, and the registered capital of the project company is 20 billion yuan, of which Tianjin BOE Venture Capital will invest 2 billion yuan in cash and hold 10% of the shares after the capital increase is completed. Yandong Technology plans to increase capital in Nortel Integrated Circuit by 4.99 billion yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 24.95%.
