Nezha Automobile was sued for failure to pay contract amount

Efort recently issued an announcement, accusing Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Yichun Branch of failing to pay the balance of the equipment procurement project as agreed in the contract. As repeated reminders were ineffective, Efort has filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province.
