Volkswagen to develop low-cost electric cars

In order to better compete with its competitors in the Chinese market, Volkswagen has announced that it will develop low-cost electric vehicles. Volkswagen aims to produce electric vehicles for the European market priced at around 20,000 euros and plans to launch them globally in 2027.
