Russia plans to gradually achieve independence in chip technology

The Russian government said it plans to achieve local production of 65nm chip nodes by 2026, local manufacturing of 28nm chips by 2027, and localization of 14nm chips by 2030. This will help reduce Russia's dependence on foreign technology and improve the autonomy and competitiveness of the domestic industry.
