Xinlian Integrated's 8-inch silicon carbide engineering batch successfully rolled off the production line

Xinlian Integrated Circuit announced that its 8-inch SiC engineering batch has been successfully rolled off the production line, marking a step closer to mass production. The engineering batch is to test and verify new products, test new designs and processes, and make optimization adjustments. Xinlian Integrated Circuit has been committed to the research and development and capacity construction of SiC MOSFET chip and module packaging technology since 2021. It is expected that in the next two years, Xinlian Integrated Circuit will achieve large-scale mass production of 8-inch SiC.
