Dongfeng Group and Lanting New Energy signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop key materials for solid-state batteries

Recently, Dongfeng Group announced that it had signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Lanting New Energy Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. The two parties will cooperate in the research and development and production of solid-state battery key materials - solid electrolytes and semi-solid composite diaphragms. According to the agreement, Dongfeng Group will supply lithium-ion battery diaphragm products to Lanting New Energy, and purchase its solid electrolyte materials and semi-solid electrolyte slurry formulas. In addition, the two parties will jointly explore new energy downstream customer resources and consider establishing a long-term and stable strategic partnership through various forms such as establishing a joint venture, investing in shares, and setting up special industry funds.
