On May 29, Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast is considering further delaying its plan to invest $4 billion to build a factory in North Carolina, U.S. VinFast announced in 2022 that it would build an electric car factory in the United States with an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles.
