Shenzhen Zhongtou Investment's subsidiary company releases a full range of automotive/industrial grade silicon carbide MOS 1200V products

On October 16, Shenzhen Founder Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Founder Microelectronics"), a subsidiary of Shenzhen Heavy Industry Investment, released a full range of automotive/industrial silicon carbide MOS 1200V products and announced that its 8-inch silicon carbide production line will be put into operation by the end of 2024. Currently, Founder Microelectronics has 2 Fabs. Among them, Fab2 is responsible for the production of 8-inch silicon carbide wafers, with a long-term planned production capacity of 60,000 pieces/month.
