Geely Automobile Announcement: Zeekr Automobile Acquires Part of Lynk & Co Auto’s Equity

According to Geely Auto's announcement, Zeekr Auto has completed the acquisition of part of Lynk & Co's equity. Specifically, Zeekr Auto purchased 20% of Lynk & Co's equity held by Geely Holding for 3.6 billion yuan; at the same time, it also purchased 30% of Lynk & Co's equity held by Volvo Investment for 5.4 billion yuan. In addition, Zeekr Auto also subscribed to Lynk & Co's newly increased registered capital for 367 million yuan. After completing these transactions, Zeekr Auto achieved a 51% controlling stake in Lynk & Co.
