EHang Intelligent and Xinjie Energy jointly promote the application of solid-state batteries in eVTOL aircraft

EHang Intelligent cooperated with the Low-altitude Economic Battery Energy Research Institute of the International Advanced Technology Application Promotion Center (Hefei) to successfully develop a high-energy solid-state battery suitable for EH216-S. The energy density of this battery is as high as 480 Wh/kg, and its stability is excellent. It greatly improves the flight performance of EH216-S, and also expands its application prospects in urban air traffic, low-altitude logistics transportation, high-rise fire emergency and other fields.
