Geely Auto and Lattice Semiconductor jointly release SiC hybrid module

The New Energy Development Center of the Central Research Institute of Geely Automobile Group and other departments and institutions jointly held the unveiling ceremony of the "Geely Automobile Power Semiconductor Technology Innovation Platform", and its partner Jingneng Microelectronics released the first phase of results. The first phase of results is Taiyi hybrid power devices, which adopt SiC&IGBT parallel design, with peak power that can be expanded to 150-260KW, the ultimate system size is only the size of A4 paper, and the current capacity exceeds 430A.
