Tianyue Advanced Technology releases 12-inch N-type silicon carbide substrate products, leading the silicon carbide industry into the ultra-large size era

On November 14, Tianyue Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited a full range of silicon carbide (SiC) substrate products at the 2024 Munich Semiconductor Exhibition in Germany, and released a 12-inch (300mm) N-type silicon carbide substrate product on November 13, marking that the silicon carbide industry has officially entered the era of ultra-large-size silicon carbide substrates. This 12-inch silicon carbide substrate material can expand the area used for chip manufacturing on a single wafer, increase the output of qualified chips, reduce unit costs, and improve economic benefits.
