Lihe Technology and GAC Aion cooperate to promote the application of automotive-grade silicon carbide power modules

On November 12, Lihe Science and Technology said that Basic Semiconductor, which it invested in, is cooperating with GAC Aion on the application of automotive-grade silicon carbide power modules to provide technical solutions. Products such as Pcore™6 automotive-grade silicon carbide power modules have been mass-produced on many models of GAC Aion.
