NVIDIA's next-generation GPU begins mass production

NVIDIA's new generation Blackwell GPU has begun mass production, and it is expected that about 200,000 B200 chips will be produced by the end of this year. In the third quarter of next year, NVIDIA will also launch an upgraded version B300A, which will continue to use the 3nm process and upgrade the packaging technology from CoWoS-L to CoWoS-S.
