Teladian, a subsidiary of Trede Holding, signed a charging station sales and service contract with Yianqi

TGOOD recently announced that its holding subsidiary TELD has signed a "Charging Station Sales and Service Contract" with Beijing Yianqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total contract amount of approximately RMB 527.8764 million (excluding tax). Yianqi is a joint venture established by BMW Brilliance Automotive Co., Ltd. and Mercedes-Benz (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and its main business is to build and operate BMW and Mercedes-Benz brand charging stations. The subject matter of this transaction includes charging stations built and operated by TELD in accordance with BMW's requirements, as well as related supporting facilities and service rights.
