Shenzhen BYD Auto Industry Co., Ltd.'s integrated body die-casting project has been launched at BYD Auto Industrial Park 22# Factory, Xiaomo Town, Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, Shanwei City. The total investment of the project is 390.5284 million yuan, covering an area of ​​33,020 square meters, and the annual production capacity is expected to reach 192,000 sets. The project mainly involves the processing of the integrated body front cabin frame assembly and the rear floor frame assembly, using heat-free aluminum alloy to produce body parts through die casting, deburring, CNC processing, cleaning, resistance welding and other methods.
