According to an employee, Radar Auto had a round of layoffs in August this year, which not only covered R&D personnel at levels 5 and 6 (Geely's job levels are divided into 1-10, the higher the number, the higher the level, level 5 and level 6 correspond to first-level engineers and supervisor engineers respectively).
