On November 11, 2024, the R&D and intelligent manufacturing center of Shanghai Linzhong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Linzhong Electronics) was officially opened in Songjiang District, Shanghai. The center covers an area of ​​35 acres, with a total investment of nearly 500 million yuan and a construction area of ​​nearly 60,000 square meters. It is expected that the annual production capacity of power modules will reach 30 million pieces after completion, mainly producing IGBT and silicon carbide chips, which will be used in new energy industries such as industrial automation, electric vehicles, wind power, solar energy and energy storage.
