Wanfeng Aowei and Volkswagen reached eVTOL technology cooperation

Wanfeng Auto announced that its subsidiary Wanfeng Aircraft has signed a memorandum of technical cooperation with Volkswagen (Germany) AG to jointly carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL). According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in industrial design, aviation interior component design, human-computer interaction system, and information software and hardware development. In addition, Wanfeng Aircraft also plans to purchase relevant intellectual property rights and assets from Volkswagen (Germany) to strengthen its independent research and development capabilities in the field of eVTOL.
