Zoho Group plans to build SiC manufacturing plant in Odisha, India

On September 20, India's Zoho Group announced plans to invest 30.34 billion rupees to build a SiC manufacturing plant in Khurda, Odisha, India. The design of the plant will cover the entire SiC production chain, from ingot manufacturing to wafers, MOSFETs, modules, and subsequent modification and packaging. The annual production capacity of the plant is expected to include 72,000 SiC epitaxial wafers, 72,000 MOSFETs and modules, and the products will be used in electric vehicles, automobiles and renewable energy fields.
