L&T Semiconductor Technologies to set up three semiconductor manufacturing plants in India

In mid-August, L & T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) plans to invest US$10 billion to US$12 billion to build three semiconductor manufacturing plants in India in the next five to ten years, focusing on silicon, SiC and GaN technologies respectively.
