Leapmotor plans to expand production capacity and enhance competitiveness

Leapmotor is expanding its production capacity and accelerating channel construction to meet growing demand. In October, 19 new Leapmotor centers were opened. As of the end of October, Leapmotor had a total of 698 stores across the country. Zhu Jiangming, chairman of Leapmotor, said that the delivery volume of the B series was limited by production capacity. Currently, the two factories in Jinhua, Zhejiang are operating at full capacity, with a monthly production capacity of 40,000 vehicles. The company is accelerating the construction of a factory in Qiantang, Hangzhou, with the goal of putting it into production in the first half of next year. At the same time, Leapmotor is also considering building a third factory in Jinhua, with an expected production capacity of 1 million vehicles by the end of next year.
