Intelligent Semiconductor won the "Excellence Award in Mass Production"

Zhixin Semiconductor won the Excellence Award in the Mass Production Automotive Chip category with its MCU Z20K118 product. The product's technical parameters include the ARM Cortex M0+ core, a main frequency of up to 64MHz, 384KB FLASH and 2-way CANFD interface, and is manufactured using TSMC's automotive-grade 40nm process and has passed the strict testing of the AEC-Q100 standard. Since mass production, the product has been widely used in various automotive controller fields.
