Xin Yue Neng's shareholder information reveals its deep relationship with Geely. Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xinjuneng Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Xinhe Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) are all shareholders of Xin Yue Neng. Among them, Weirui Electric Vehicle is 100% controlled by Zhejiang Ji Chuang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Auto Group.
