Caocao Travel recently updated its prospectus and continues to make an impact on the Hong Kong stock market. If the listing process goes smoothly, its founder Li Shufu will get his third IPO this year and his tenth listed company. Founded in 2015, Caocao Travel entered the online car-hailing market with a B2C model and is known for its "private car service". As part of the Geely Group, Caocao Travel's largest shareholder is Zhejiang Jidi Technology. All three companies are controlled by Li Shufu and his son Li Xingxing. By June 30, 2024, Caocao Travel has been operating in 83 cities, an increase of 60% from the end of 2023.
