Intel to use ASML's high numerical aperture EUV machines for R&D and production

Intel will become the first chipmaker to fully assemble an ASML High NA system and put its own machine into operation at the D1X facility in Oregon. Intel will first use its EXE:5200 High NA machine for R&D purposes before moving it into production for the 14A node.
